It is a special celebration for the Douglas County Senior Center located at 1329 Waterloo Lane, Gardnerville! A fantastic and heartfelt tribute to the moms of our county and neighboring areas will be done on Friday, May 7th with a delicious lunch served by the Senior Center Drive Through lunch program.
The menu for the May 7th Mothers Day event features tasty chicken tenders on a bed of greens and a fresh delicious mixed melon salad. The drive through event is from 11am – 1pm, in front of the Senior Center. Suggested donation is $3 per meal for seniors 60 years and older, $7 per meal minimum rate for those younger than 60 years old.
As an added bonus, there will be another fun and unique Parking Lot Bingo Game in the Senior Center Parking Lot starting at 1:30pm. The first bingo card is free with additional cards available with a donation.
