The Town of Minden is pleased to announce the upcoming grand opening of a brand-new splash pad at Westwood Park. Community members are invited to join the celebration on Friday, May 9 at 4 p.m. at Westwood Park (1780 Pinewood Dr, Minden, NV 89423).
The splash pad features fun and interactive water elements, offering families and children a refreshing way to enjoy outdoor recreation during the summer.
“This splash pad adds a wonderful new element to Westwood Park and reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing recreational opportunities for residents and visitors alike,” said Minden Town Manager JD Frisby.
The event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony and light refreshments. All are welcome to attend and be among the first to experience Carson Valley’s newest water attraction.
