Wendy Lang is the Assistant County Manager for Douglas County, Nevada, where she plays a pivotal role in driving organizational strategy, policy oversight, and interdepartmental collaboration. With extensive experience in Human Resources and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Wendy is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to the Douglas County community. Kathy Lewis is Douglas County’s first Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing extensive experience in public finance and management, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, she oversees key internal service departments and support the County Manager and Board of County Commissioners in strategic planning, process improvement, and public engagement. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master’s in Accounting from Weber State University, Lewis is committed to enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring Douglas County is well-positioned for future success.
