Douglas County Community Development Code Enforcement Team Unveils 
Code Enforcement Complaint Software

In order to provide improved customer service throughout the Code Enforcement Complaint process, the Douglas County Community Development Code Enforcement Team will be going live with a new customer portal software for submitting Code Enforcement Complaints on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025.

A link to the new system will be provided in the near future.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Community Development Department is to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Douglas County by providing the highest quality and professional service in the areas of Building, Engineering, Planning, and Administration.

Effective May 12, 2025, our public counter hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. You must sign in on the Ipad in the lobby of the Minden Inn. (Public Counter email: [email protected])
