The Building Division provides building plan check and inspections in a friendly, fast, and efficient manner to ensure construction meets all applicable codes.
To request public records such as plans to existing homes, please submit a Public Records Request.
To schedule a building inspection, please download the inspection request app or email [email protected].All inspections called in prior to 3:30 pm will be scheduled for the next day upon availability.
Effective May 12, 2025, our public counter hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. You must sign in on the Ipad in the lobby of the Minden Inn.
