Youth Day Passes must be accompanied by a one-time Youth Drop-In Release Form, which must be completed and submitted in person by a parent or legal guardian.
**Annual Passes may be paid in full or through our Auto-Debit system. With the Auto-Debit option, the first quarterly installment is paid at the facility when the pass is purchased. The remaining balance is automatically deducted from a checking account over the next three consecutive months. A $1.50 fee will be added to each installment for annual pass holders utilizing the Auto-Debit system.
