Douglas County Announces Updated Website Feature and New Customer Service Ready 311 AppMinden, NV- Douglas County updated their webpage for receiving citizen concerns. The County has been offering an easy, single point, web-based contact for resident concerns since 2018. Residents can visit the County’s website at douglascountynv.gov then click ‘Report a Concern’ to report issues, request services, or contact the county with questions. The website is now linked to a mobile app which allows residents to report concerns from a list of issues ranging from abandoned vehicles to a noise violation and more when they are on the go.

Download the new and Ready 311 Connect mobile app for free on your phone. App download steps below:
• To download the new app, go to your mobile device’s Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Ready 311”, tap OPEN or INSTALL. The free Ready 311 Connect app takes a few seconds to download to your phone’s home screen.
• Once the app downloads, open it by clicking on the icon and set your location to Douglas County, Nevada.

“We are excited to bring these new and convenient features to our residents with the updated website platform and new mobile app,” said Douglas County Community Relations Manager/Public Information Officer, Melissa Blosser. “This is your link to customer service! The new app and webpage are made to accommodate new service types and get service requests to the responsible department for faster response and resolution.”

App and website users will find features like adding photos and files to a reported issue, use of mapping a location, more details and information to FAQS, as well as easily view the status of their requests.
