EAST FORK CONSTABLE

The Constable is an elected official and a Peace Officer in East Fork Township.

The Constable executes orders of the courts and serves civil process, some criminal process and may also serve warrants upon request.

The staff of East Fork Township Justice Court work closely with the East Fork Constable and assist the Constable by collecting and properly assembling documents to be served, collecting and receipting the Constable’s fees, and recording and filing documents after service has been completed.
