The dogs featured on our web page are available for adoption on first come first serve basis. They were available for adoption when posted on our web page, but may have been adopted by this time. We do not guarantee that a dog seen on our web page will be available to adopt when you arrive at the shelter. If you are interested in a specific animal, please call or come by the shelter during business hours for more information.

	NAME: "Rosie" SEX: Female BREED: Pit Bull mix AGE: 3 years old "Rosie" was released to the shelter by her owners on 2/19/10.
	NAME: "Tater" SEX: Neutered Male BREED: Pit Bull mix AGE: Adult "Tater" was found as a stray in the Ranchos on 10/3/09. He is a big, strong boy who loves to play. "Tater" will be happiest in an active home where he will get plenty of attention. He is UTD on all shots and microchipped.
	NAME: "Banner" SEX: Neutered Male BREED: Lab / Hound mix AGE: Adult "Banner" was released to the shelter by his owners on 2/5/10. He walks well on the leash and is housebroken. "Banner" is UTD on all shots and microchipped.
	NAME: "Mogli" SEX: Neutered Male BREED: Pit Bull mix AGE: 1 year old "Mogli" was found as a stray in the Ranchos Sand Pits on 1/27/10. He is a silly boy who just LOVES his squeeky ball. "Mogli" is UTD on all shots and microchipped.
	NAME: "Ziggy" SEX: Neutered Male BREED: Pit Bull mix AGE: 2 years old "Ziggy" was released to the shelter on 12/2/09 by his owner who joined the ARMY. He is housebroken and gets along with other dogs. "Ziggy" is able to jump a 6 ft. fence, so a cesure pen is highly recommended when left alone. He is UTD on all shots and microchipped.
	NAME: "Clyde" SEX: Neutered Male BREED: Pit Bull / Shepherd mix AGE: Young Adult "Clyde" came into the shelter with "Bonnie". They were both abandoned on Waterloo in the beginning of February. "Clyde" is a very smart boy who knows basic commands and walks well in the leash.
	NAME: "Bonnie" SEX: Spayed Female BREED: Australian Shepherd mix AGE: Adult "Bonnie" came into the shelter with "Clyde". They were abandoned on Waterloo in the beginning of February. "Bonnie" is a sweet girl who knows basic commands.
	NAME: "Cinnamon" SEX: Spayed Female BREED: Pit Bull mix AGE: 5 years old "Cinnamon" is a happy-go-lucky girl who loves to play in the yard. She is housebroken and gets along with certain dogs, but no cats. UTD on all shots and microchipped.
	NAME: "Scarlette" SEX: Spayed Female BREED: Pit Bull / Lab mix AGE: 2-3 yeard old "Scarlette" was found as a stray in Pineview Estates on 11/13/09. She is a very sweet girl who will need to go to a home with no cats. "Scarlette" is UTD on all shots and microchipped.
	NAME: "Freya" SEX: Spayed Female BREED: Pit Bull mix AGE: 10 months old According to the person who brought "Freya" into the shelter, someone dumped her out of a car in the Sunridge area on 12/3/09. She is a very active girl who loves to go on long walks. "Freya" is UTD on all shots and microchipped.
	NAME: "Sammy" SEX: Neutered Male BREED: Husky / Lab mix AGE: 6-7 years old SPECIAL NEEDS"Sammy" was released to the shelter by his owner because he is an escape artist. Other than that, he is a near perfect dog. He gets along with everyone, and he is housebroken. "Sammy" is UTD on all shots and microchipped. DAWG is willing to donate a secure kennel for "Sammy".
	NAME: "Mazie" SEX: Spayed Female BREED: Shepherd mix AGE: 6 years old "Mazie" was found as a stray in the Ranchos on 2/10/10. She is frightened of certain dogs that approach her too fast and may show fearful aggression. She is a very loving girl who enjoys lots of attention. "Mazie" seems to be housebroken. She is UTD on all shots and microchipped
	NAME: "Lilly" SEX: Spayed Female BREED: Chesapeake Bay Retriever AGE: 6-7 years old "Lilly" is a very well behaved girl. She prefers to be around men and seems to bond to one person in the family. Are you looking for a loyal hiking or fishing buddy? Look no further. "Lilly" will gladly go where you want to go. She is also an exceptional fly ball player. She is UTD on all shots and microchipped.
