Sewer and water utilities operated by Douglas County are billed through the Treasurer's Office. You may pay your bill by mail, in person at the office located at 1616 8th Street in Minden or on-line. Billing questions may be directed to the Treasurers' Office at 782-9017, Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:00.
