Building Permit Search Screen Now Available

Douglas County now offers building permit history available on our website.  Information on the history of parcels can be obtained by using the Assessor's parcel number, address, applicant's name, owner's name, contractor's name or actual permit number.  Records on this file go back to 1986.  Also, permits issued per month can be accessed on this link.  This will eliminate the need to come to the front counter for a printout as you can do it online in a printer friendly version for either monthly or individual parcel history.  Use the following link:
