How do I get a library card?
Complete and print the application (link is below), then bring it to the front desk at the Library. The following information must be provided in order to receive a library card:
• Valid mailing address, including permanent address if seasonal resident or visitor.
• Valid physical address, if different than mailing address.
• Government-issued picture ID of the applicant or his/her parent or guardian, with current address.
• If ID does not list current address, the following are acceptable as proof of address: rent/lease agreement or utility bill.
• Home telephone number (or message number) and work telephone number, if possible.
• Birthdate.
